Lysychansk community in Kyiv

Families from Lysychansk evacuated when the front came dangerously close to their home. Women with children, including those raising children with disabilities, today live safely in the dormitories of the European University, where they have been provided with temporary housing and a corner of peace. Rooms with sanitary facilities and small kitchens provide privacy. And community events or rehabilitation are held in the common areas.
Every time I am amazed at the strength of these women. Despite the trials they have experienced, they take care of their sick children every day, do not lose faith in themselves and the future. And they still find the strength to smile and sincerely wish God’s blessings to everyone who contributes to the help.
