Help to internally displaced

In the town of Horenko, near Kyiv, there are war refugees forced to leave their homes due to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. They have settled in a modular house camp, where they have found temporary shelter, but their daily lives remain difficult. Many have lost their jobs, live in modest conditions and lack the most basic necessities. Physically stronger people may be able to find work, but most of those trapped in such modular houses are frail seniors or disabled children.

They are currently lacking food and hygiene products. Any help – from non-perishable food to financial support for food – is very much needed and can help these people survive the cold season with dignity. Especially knowing that the aggression continues, the energy infrastructure is being destroyed, and the energy supply is intermittent.

As always, we thank everyone who helps, especially TZU CHI for its consistent financial support, but also local volunteers who, although tired, continue their noble work.
