Partnership with the Taiwanese Buddhist Tzu Chi Charitable Foundation

Good news from the charity fund “Food for Ukraine”! Nerijus Udrenas met with the partners and friends of the foundation – Po-Wen Yen, CEO of the Taiwanese Buddhist Tzu Chi Charitable Foundation, and Johan Alvall, the foundation’s specialist.
At the meeting, plans for support to Ukraine in 2024 were discussed, new concepts and ways to help the population were discussed.
It is important to note that already in 2023, the Tzu Chi fund provided significant support to the citizens of Ukraine. The total amount of aid was 278,000 USD, which was transformed into food products for the population living in extremely difficult conditions due to the war.
In 2024, we continue our partnership, which is a big step towards our joint mission. This year the support program is more extensive than last year, the amount will reach an impressive 500,000 USD!
We sincerely thank the Buddhist Tzu Chi Charitable Foundation for the trust and support of Ukrainians during this difficult period of war. Our partnership is very valuable and we are excited to work together to help those in need.
